FOUNDER PARTNER
Metincan Uçar was born in Antalya in 1993. He completed his primary and high school education in Antalya and was accepted to Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in the university entrance exam he took in 2011.
After graduating with honors, he lived in Canada for a while.
After returning to Türkiye, he continued his career in Istanbul.
During this period, he has worked in all areas of law, but his main areas of expertise are Criminal Law, Rental Law, Enforcement Law, Real Estate Law, Tax Law, Condominium Law, Commercial Law and Contract Law.
In April 2021, he founded the law firm MCU+Partners Law & Consultancy and started to carry out his professional activities based in Antalya. As of February 2023, Uçar gained the title of Mediator and continues his activities as MCU+Partners Law & Consultancy & Mediation.
ALPER KUCUKEL
SOLUTION PARTNER/ PARTNER
Lawyer Alper Küçükel completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Antalya.
He studied at Bilgi University Faculty of Law with a full scholarship and successfully completed it. He spent 6 months of his education at the University of Helsinki. He gained serious experience by working in various law offices in Istanbul during his education and his career as a lawyer.
Registered with the Antalya Bar Association, he has been an active lawyer since 2018. Although he has worked in all areas of law, his main areas of expertise are Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Real Estate Law, Rental Law, Labor and Social Security Law and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. Since April 2021, he has been working as a solution partner/partner within MCU+Partners Law & Consultancy & Mediation.
Serkan AĞAR
CONSULTANT LAWYER
Serkan Ağar completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2002. He completed his master's and doctorate degrees in Public Law at the same university.
In 2021, he received the title of Associate Professor in Financial Law.
His main areas of expertise are tax law, criminal law, administrative law and sports law.
MCU+Partners Law & Consultancy & Mediation; continues to work in harmony with Assoc. Prof. Dr. AĞAR's areas of expertise and especially in the files of the act of preparing and using fake invoices in tax and criminal courts.
M. Şeref KISACIK
CONSULTANT LAWYER
Lawyer M. Şeref Kasacık worked as a primary school teacher in various schools in Türkiye (Mardin, Adana, Istanbul) and Germany between 1972 and 1984.
In 1975, he founded the Bayındırlı Village Development Cooperative in Düziçi and served as the president of the Cooperative until 1978. He has been involved in the cooperative movement since then. In addition to Village Development Cooperatives, he has been carrying out legal/administrative work (as a member, president, consultant, expert) in cooperatives in different areas such as housing-workplace construction, production, consumption, utilization of women's labor, and education for approximately 50 years.
He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1983 and has been actively working as a lawyer since 1984.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Bar Association (1994-1996). He served as an instructor at the Istanbul Bar Association Internship Training Center since its establishment. He also served as the president for 2 years (2011-2013). He served as the Founding President of the Istanbul Bar Association Condominium Law Commission, which was established in March 2018, until 2022.
He has worked as an expert witness in Cooperative, Condominium Law and related fields. He provides training to those who work/want to work and act as an expert witness in the fields of Cooperative, Condominium Law and Urban Transformation practices in universities, municipalities, professional chambers, bar associations, TBB, MŞK Training Center and similar educational institutions.
His main areas of expertise are condominium law, cooperative law, urban transformation law and rental law.
